Our distribution operations are supported by warehouse professionals trained to maintain high standards across the full warehouse management lifecycle. Their expertise covers warehouse design and capacity planning, receipt and tracking of stock, distribution planning and execution, as well as quality, safety, and security management.
Day-to-day operations are supported by a robust inventory management system that enables our team to maintain accurate stock records, improve accountability, and ensure traceability across our network of mission health institutions.
Our commitment to capacity development extends beyond our own workforce. Our team regularly provides hands-on technical assistance, training, and coaching to the health facilities we serve.
This includes support on medicine inventory management, commodity management, and the use of Minilab quality-control methods to identify potentially substandard and falsified medicines before they reach patients.
Our work is strengthened through continuous collaboration with our parent organization (CHAN), our development partners, and relevant regulatory institutions, including NAFDAC, EPN, and DIFAEM.
